Your information is used solely to provide and improve the AI-powered coaching experience. This includes rendering personalized career feedback, grading mock interview transcripts, delivering custom recommendations, sending daily accountability notifications, and training/fine-tuning localized support algorithms to better serve job hunters.
3. Data Sharing & Security
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted service providers necessary to run the platform (e.g., hosting partners, AI API processors, and email/SMS delivery systems). All sensitive inputs (such as resumes) are transmitted using secure HTTPS encryption and stored using industry-standard secure hashing protocols.
4. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. If you wish to delete your account, remove your stored resumes, or purge your mock interview transcripts, you can do so directly from your user dashboard or by contacting our team via our contact form.
