2. Services Provided
DreamPath AI provides personalized educational feedback and accountability guidance via AI-driven mock interviews, resume analysis, and habit-tracking tools. You understand that our service relies on large language models and other machine learning algorithms. While we strive for extreme accuracy and high professional standards, the suggestions, resume feedback, and tips generated by our AI do not constitute official career placement guarantees, legal counsel, or certified educational qualifications.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
4. Fair Use & Conduct
You agree not to misuse our service. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer our AI tools, spamming other users in group sessions, or generating harmful, abusive, or discriminatory content during mock interviews or in public forums. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamPath AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to failing to secure employment, job offers, or career advancement. Your career success ultimately depends on your individual effort, preparation, and external market conditions.
